Capacity, answered
Can you handle 500 people without it going wrong?
- Vehicles
- One 4x4 carries six guests. 30 guests is five vehicles, 60 is ten, 80 is fourteen with a spare seat or two. Your quote names the vehicle count before you sign anything.
- The convoy
- The vehicles move as one group with a lead driver and a sweep at the back, so nobody is waiting on a dune on their own. Larger convoys go out in two waves a few minutes apart, which is how the dune driving stays calm with a big headcount.
- At camp
- For 30 guests and under, a shared camp works and keeps the per-guest figure down. Above that, a private area of a camp is the sane choice: your own seating, your own service, your own timings, and nobody else's music over your awards round.
- Notice
- A week is enough for a small team day. For 50 guests and up, or anything with a branded setup and a stage, give us three to four weeks. October to April is the busy season and the good dates go first.

Hour by hour
What a desert team day looks like, hour by hour
Around 3 PM. Pickup.
Our drivers collect your team from one office address, or hotel by hotel, anywhere in Dubai or Sharjah. Pickup is free. Six guests per 4x4, so a 60-person team is a 10-vehicle convoy.

About 3:50 PM. The dunes.
The convoy reaches the Lahbab red dunes off the Dubai to Hatta road, the E44. Tyres come down, then about 40 minutes of dune driving with a photo stop on a ridge at the top.

Around 5 PM. The sand games.
Your team splits into groups for the activities you picked: tug of war on soft sand, a sandbag relay, build the tent against the clock, a dune treasure hunt. A coordinator runs the scoring. This is the hour people talk about afterwards.

Around 6:30 PM. Camp and dinner.
Sunset, then a camp for the evening: seated dinner, live shows, and a bar if your company wants one. Food at the camps is halal.

Around 8 PM. Awards, then home.
Your slot for the scores, a speech or an awards round. We agree the length in advance and your coordinator holds the room. Then the convoy drives back and your team is home by about 9:30 PM.
