How it works
No sales call before you have seen a number. The quote comes first, in writing.
Send the brief
Tell us the date, the numbers and roughly what you want the evening to be. A sentence is enough to start.
Get the quote
We come back with a written quote in AED: the cars, the camp, the food and anything you asked for, each on its own line.
Lock the date
We agree the running order, the pickup points and the timings, then confirm the camp and the crew for your date.
We run it
We collect everyone, run the evening and get everyone home. Your coordinator is on the ground the whole time.

Before you ask
Questions we get asked
Why is there no price list?
Yes. Every event on these pages is quoted on your numbers, your date and what you want included, so there is no fixed package price. The figure shown on each page is the lowest price we currently sell a private 4x4 safari for, and it is there to give you a floor rather than a quote.
What does it cost to get a quote?
Send the brief and we come back with a written quote. There is no charge for the quote and no deposit to get one. We only ask for payment once you have agreed the quote and the date.
How small or large can an event be?
Two guests for a private dinner, up to 500 for a company event. Below ten guests we usually run it as a private safari with a setup; above ten it becomes a planned event with its own running order.
What is the best time of year?
Between October and April the desert evenings are mild and this is when most events run, so popular dates go early. New Year's Eve and the week around Valentine's Day are the two that sell out first. In summer we move start times later and add shade and cooling.
Do you collect guests?
Yes. Pickup is free from any hotel or home address in Dubai and Sharjah, and we can collect a company group from one office address in a convoy. Guests who want to drive themselves can meet us at the meeting point instead.
What happens if the weather turns?
If the weather makes it unsafe we offer you a new date. If your event is still 48 hours or more away you can take a full refund instead, and refunds reach the card in five to seven working days. Rain in Dubai is rare and short, and most of the desert season from October to April is settled. We watch the forecast through the week and make the call early rather than on the day.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Tell us at the enquiry stage and it is built into the quote. Halal is standard. Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, nut free and gluten free are all normal requests, and alcohol is never included by default: a licensed camp can sell it separately if you want a bar.
