Pickup and return
Hotel pickup is optional: add a shared or private 4x4 from central Dubai at checkout, or drive yourself to the desert base shown in your confirmation.
Clothing and weather
Closed shoes, long clothes that can get dusty, sunscreen and sunglasses. Nothing loose or dangling. Safety gear is supplied at the base.
Food, drinks and requests
No food, camp entry or shows with a ride, though water is included. Want dinner and the camp as well? Book the evening safari and add a quad ride to it.
Riders and seats
Count everyone who will sit on a machine. One rider per ATV, two on a 2-seat ATV, one on the dirt bike. The booking steps stop you if your machines are short of seats.
Suitability and safety
Riders are 18 and over. Skip the ride if you are pregnant, have back, neck or heart problems, or are recovering from an injury. Tell us about mobility needs or motion sickness before you book.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start and you get a full refund. If a stricter term applies to your option or date, you see it before you pay.

What is the minimum age for quad biking?
Minimum age depends on the bike, route and whether the guest rides alone or as a permitted passenger. Enter every rider's age so the booking team can confirm the eligible option before payment.
Do I need a driving licence for a quad bike?
Licence and identification requirements are confirmed for the selected operator and bike rather than stated as a market-wide rule. Do not rely on another company's policy when planning this booking.
How long is the quad-bike ride?
The booking option states the actual riding time separately from pickup, briefing and return travel. Choose by time on the bike rather than the overall excursion duration alone.
Can two people share one quad bike?
Solo and passenger arrangements depend on the available bike and current safety rules. A second guest is included only when the selected option and written confirmation expressly allow it.
What should first-time riders know?
Tell the team about pregnancy, back or neck concerns, recent injuries, mobility needs and any first-time rider concerns. Closed shoes and practical clothing are recommended; the confirmation lists mandatory supplied gear.
Is this ride in a controlled area or on an open-desert route?
The selected option must state whether the ride uses a controlled area or an open-desert route. These formats have different boundaries, group arrangements and rider criteria, so do not infer the environment from a generic desert image.
Which protective equipment is supplied for the quad-bike session?
The written option should list every supplied item and anything the guest must bring. Do not assume a helmet, goggles, gloves or other equipment from another operator's package; confirm the required fit and availability for every rider.
Can I combine the quad-bike ride with an evening desert safari?
Only when a current combined option is shown and confirmed. The summary should separate bike category, riding time and added price from the evening safari transfer, 4x4 activity, camp meal and scheduled entertainment.
