Answers for this tour. Your confirmation has the final details for your date.
What is dinner in the desert in Dubai?
A camp evening with BBQ dinner, the camp’s dances and live programmes, a camel ride, drinking water and a photoshoot. Your private vehicle picks you up from your central Dubai hotel after 3 PM and brings you back after the shows. Dune bashing is not included.
Does dinner in the desert include dune bashing?
No. Your private transfer goes to the camp for dinner and the evening programme. A camel ride and photoshoot are included at the camp. Choose the evening or private safari if you also want red-sand dune bashing and sandboarding.
How much does dinner in the desert cost?
AED 450 per private vehicle plus AED 75 per guest aged 3 and up. Six guests pay AED 450 for one car and AED 450 for dinner: AED 900 total. Ten guests pay AED 900 for two cars and AED 750 for dinner: AED 1,650. Infants under 3 have free admission but still use a seat. Add-ons cost extra.
What food is served at the desert dinner?
A camp BBQ dinner, with water and soft drinks on the table. There is no fixed printed menu. The dishes are set for your date. If you are vegetarian, want halal food or have an allergy, tell us when you book and we confirm what the kitchen will serve.
Can I book a romantic dinner in the desert for a proposal or anniversary?
Yes. Tell us the occasion when you book and what you have in mind. Decorations or a photographer are arranged on request and confirmed in writing.
What should I wear for a dinner in the desert?
Dress for an evening outdoors on sand, not for a restaurant. Comfortable clothes and flat shoes or sandals. From November to March bring a jacket or a shawl, because the camp gets cold once the sun is down.
How long is dinner in the desert and when do we get back?
About five hours door to door. Pickup is in the late afternoon, dinner is after sunset, and you are back at your hotel the same night. Your confirmation has the exact pickup window for your address and date.
Is the dinner private, or do we share the camp?
The price covers your table in the shared camp. If you want your own space, add a private yard or camp seating area for up to six guests at checkout.
Want more than dinner?
VIP dining, a private safari with dune activities, or a night at the camp.
