Pickup and return
Private pickup is after 3 PM from your hotel or home in central Dubai, and drop-off late in the evening. Addresses outside central Dubai may carry a surcharge, so ask us before you book. The exact window is on your confirmation.
Clothing and weather
There is no dress code. Light clothes and shoes that can handle sand, plus sunglasses and sunscreen. From November to March bring a layer; the desert cools fast once the sun is down.
Food, drinks and requests
Dinner, water and soft drinks are in the price, with table service. Alcohol is not included.
Children and capacity
Kids aged 3 and up pay the listed price. Under-3s ride free but still take one of the six seats in the 4×4, so give us every guest's age when you book.
