Match the format to your day

Morning safari focuses on red-sand dune activities and the return journey, with no food or camp visit. Dinner and VIP dinner are camp-only evenings. Evening and private safari combine dune activities with their configured camp programme. Look at the current tour options to compare the full itinerary before choosing. Leave room around the experience for hotel transfers and any plans you have afterwards; a listed start time is not a promise of arrival at every hotel at that exact minute.

Make pickup details specific

Give the hotel or accommodation name and the full pickup address. Tell the booking team about access instructions or an unusual meeting point before the day. Your pickup location, the dune activity area and the camp may be separate places, so use the booking confirmation for meeting arrangements rather than navigating to a desert name yourself. Morning currently starts at 08:00; dinner pickup begins after 15:00. Confirm the individual time for your address.

Prepare for the activities you choose

Wear comfortable clothing that lets you sit, step into a vehicle and move on sand. Bring sun protection and a secure place for your phone and other small belongings. Check the activity-specific participation information before paying, especially if anyone has mobility needs or is unsure about a dune drive. Raise those questions with the team in advance so the chosen format can be discussed. A camp-focused evening is a different itinerary, not a promise that every access need can be accommodated.

Check the whole booking

Count every passenger, including infants under three. A safari 4×4 has six guest seats, and a free infant still occupies one; a larger party needs enough private vehicles. Morning, dinner, VIP dinner and private safari use private vehicles. Private transport does not mean an exclusive camp. Check the vehicle and guest lines, chosen extras, pickup details and cancellation terms before completing payment.

Keep inclusions and prices current

Use the selected tour and checkout for live AED prices and availability. Confirm whether a meal, camp visit and the activities you want appear in that package. Powered rides and other selected extras are separate purchases unless the chosen option explicitly includes them.
